Refund Policy – VidhyaVilla.in

This Refund Policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for courses and services offered by VidhyaVilla ("we", "our", "us"). By enrolling in any program through our platform, you ("User", "Student") agree to abide by this policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

1.1 Instructor-Led (Live) Online Courses

• Refund requests must be submitted at least fifteen (15) calendar days before the course start date.
• No refunds will be processed if the request is made within 15 days of the scheduled start date.

1.2 Content-Based Online Courses (Self-Paced or Pre-Recorded)

• Refunds are subject to the policies of the Partner University or institution offering the course.
• VidhyaVilla does not guarantee a refund in such cases and acts only as a facilitator.

1.3 General Eligibility Conditions

• The refund request must be made within seven (7) calendar days of payment.
• A refund may be granted if there is a verified technical error or non-delivery of service on the part of VidhyaVilla.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• If the course has already commenced or the scheduled start date has passed (for live classes).
• If the user has accessed more than 10% of the course content.
• If a certificate of participation or completion has already been issued.
• In case of change of mind, personal reasons, lack of time, or any other reason unrelated to service failure.
• In any other circumstance whatsoever, no refund shall be guaranteed after enrollment/admission.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must:

• Submit a written request to support@vidhyavilla.in
• Include your full name, registered email address, course title, date of enrollment, and reason for refund
• Attach proof of payment (e.g., transaction ID or payment receipt)

All requests will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be approved on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
• VidhyaVilla shall not be liable for any delay caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

5. Course Cancellation by VidhyaVilla

If a course is cancelled by VidhyaVilla due to administrative reasons or insufficient enrollment:

• A full refund shall be issued to all affected students within the standard processing period.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or disagreements regarding refunds shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India, and in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
